What Prayer is Not?
1. Prayer is not being noticed by others.
2. Prayer is not repetition of words or how many words you say.
The Daily Pattern for Our Prayer
1. He is our Father
2. He is Holy
3. He is Worthy of our Praise
Bottom Line:
Jesus shares this as the starting point in prayer. It’s not launching into what we want. It’s first of all meditating and focusing our hearts on God and who He is and how awesome He is and how holy He is. And praising Him and thanking Him for that.
