By God’s Design

Acts 6:1-7

1. The Purpose Of The Seven
   • Be mediators…not agitators
   • Be servants…not be served
   • Be respected…not feared
2. The Task Of The Pastor
   • Focus on the spiritual matters…not the physical
   • Turn over responsibility to those chosen…not micro-manage
   • Remember that God gives the increase…not pastors

Bottom Line: When a church uses the gifts God has given it, there will be many lives changed for the Gospel.
