Why Don’t We Always Feel God’s Presence?
1) Maybe you’re over sensationalizing God’s presence
– John 6:30
If you always felt God, you wouldn’t need faith.
2) Maybe your heart has hardened
– Matthew 13:14-15
3) Maybe God just wants to draw you closer
– Acts 17:26-27
– Jeremiah 29:13-14
Just because God feels distant, doesn’t mean God is absent
– Matthew 1:20-23
– Psalm 16:8
Bottom Line: When we draw close to God, he always draws close to us.
